A Training Program that Guides You Toward Developing Your Own Yogic Lifestyle
The Lake Tahoe Yoga Teacher Training Program is offered for small groups or one-to-one. Our focus is upon helping you to develop and grow as an individual and guide you upon the path to Yoga. Through experience, we have discovered that the key to encouraging our practitioners is to support them on their personal paths.
Our RajaHatha Training Program offers a comprehensive study of Yoga as a traditional practice.
Not only will you learn to teach Yoga Asana, breathing, guided focus and more, you will also develop a personal practice while deepening understanding of your Self.
Our integrated teaching style encourages our trainees to gradually apply that which is taught in the classroom into their lives. As part of learning to teach, you will build a strong foundation of alignment and body-awareness before engaging in directing others. This program includes depth of study in history, philosophy, dogma, dharma, and more.
We accept only serious practitioners who are devoted to Svadhyaya (self study) and who are dedicated to the study and dedication required for this program.
